Just staying afloat takes 100% right now. Getting to class. Eating something. Getting work done. Being social. That's not slacking. That's the whole tank. Then someone says: "You should journal."

"You should meditate." "Have you tried waking up earlier?" Cool. With what energy? This is the part no one talks about. The stuff that's supposed to help you? It asks for more. More time. More consistency. More discipline. And if you're already maxed out, the thing that's supposed to help just becomes one more thing you're not doing. That's not a you problem. That's a math problem. You can't spend 105% when you only have 100. So what if the help didn't ask for more?

What if it just... met you where you already are? No habit to build. No streak to protect. No new routine. Just a small moment of clarity—inside something you were already going to do anyway. 1% clearer. That's it. Turns out that's enough.
