The Sunday Scaries

Perspective

It's 6pm on Sunday. Tomorrow's coming. And instead of resting, your brain is already running the week. Not because you're anxious. Just because there's stuff unprocessed. Things from last week that never got a moment. Decisions still floating. Thoughts that didn't land anywhere. The scaries aren't about Monday. They're about everything you haven't had a chance to think through yet. Somewhere between Friday and Sunday, there needed to be a moment to close the loop. To look at what's actually on your mind and let it breathe. Not a big thing. Just a few minutes to hear yourself think. That's usually enough. The week stops bleeding into the next one.

And Sunday night becomes Sunday night again.
